Ceramic Tube One End Closed
Thermocouple assembly is used for measuring unknown temperature of bodies in this case industrial furnaces or Industrial Ovens. Thermocouple consists of 2 different types of metals joined to form 2 junctions. One junction is exposed to heat of the furnace with help of Ceramic one end closed tube and other junction is connected to the sensor where temperatures are calculated.
Ceramic One end closed tube holds the junction of the thermocouple which is exposed to high temperature and also acts as insulator between thermocouple and furnace body. These Thermocouple tubes are made up of good quality raw material having high alumina content enable it to work at very high temperature. These ceramic tube have high thermal conductivity hence helping in more accurate results of Thermocouple.
Size :
We manufacture Tubes of 12mm Outer Diameter to 30mm outer diameter till 600mm long in length. Special sizes can be made as per requirement.

Thermocouple Head And Junction Block
Thermocouple head acts as junction for thermocouple wires. It houses a ceramic Junction block through which the thermocouple wire passes and goes to sensors and control panel.
These junction blocks are made up of ceramic, porcelain and steatite material depending upon requirement. In Junction block Good quality Brass Terminals and screws are used so as to get correct temperature sensing.

Flange
We also manufacture Aluminium Flange. These Flanges are used for holding the thermocouple assembly or thermocouple head in desired position near the body of which temperature is to be measured. The Flange is fitted on furnace body and the hot junction of thermocouple is passed through it and hence it supports the assembly.

Ceramic Beads
We manufacture various types of ceramic Beads. They are made of pure alumina compositions and are used to insulate thermocouple conductor wires inserted inside the thermocouple tubes. Our insulators have electric insulation properties even at higher temperatures to give correct reading in the measuring instruments
